Use Registering a New Meeting if your meeting has never been listed on the COSA website. Use Changing Meeting Status to reactivate a meeting that was marked inactive (or to mark an active meeting inactive). Use Updating Meeting Information if you need to change any details for an existing meeting.

If the meeting is mainly face-to-face (in person) or mainly online, set it to that format. If it occasionally switches to the other format, note when/why in the meeting description. Even if dial-in is available, if the meeting is primarily on Zoom, it should be listed as an Online meeting.

Please do not endorse any outside enterprise or related facility when choosing a name for your Group or Intergroup. Your meeting will be assigned a group number, which will be emailed to the group email address.

Time*

Enter the local start time for your meeting. Quick examples: 12:00 AM = 00:00, 12:00 PM = 12:00, 8:00 PM = 20:00.

Time Zone*

Select the time zone where the meeting takes place (the usual time zone for that location), not a special “daylight savings” option. This is especially important for online and hybrid meetings. Quick examples: 12:00 AM = 00:00, 12:00 PM = 12:00, 3:00 PM = 15:00. Daylight savings changes will be handled automatically.
